Environmental Services
Wetlands occur everywhere within the United
States. These environmental services include
detailed jurisdictional wetland delineation.
Delineations are conducted in accordance with the
COE wetland Delineation Manual which is
accepted in all states. Once the delineation has
been conducted, the Team can prepare permit
applications for any potential impacts meeting
federal, state, or local requirements. In addition to
identifying and permitting the wetland, any
mitigation required to offset impacts can be
designed.
Since the Team is primarily landscape architects
and land planners, we provide the unique ability
to quickly analyze the land and propose alternatives
to the design which may lessen potential impacts to
wetlands. This can aid in reducing site costs,
identifying additional or alternative designs, and
potentially increasing the development yield.
Transportation Services
The Team’s primary assistance for transportation is
in NEPA documentation. In conjunction with the
environmental services, the Team can assist in the
various aspects of preparing detailed NEPA
documentation.
